Amazing service!!! They gave me a mug to drink my coffee at the store which I've never been offered before, and then when I ordered my second drink to go, they wrote an encouraging letter on my cup!!
Placed a mobile order at this Starbucks and I picked it up through the drive through. Very quick service and everything was made to perfection. David was very kind and absolutely made my day with his thoughtful service and went above and beyond. Small order big impact. Thanks Starbucks team!
I've always been very pleased with the service at this location! Baristas are always smiling and very friendly! This location offers both dine in and drive thru, as well as mobile orders. The drive thru line can be long at times, and I recommend going into the store if this is the case. There is also plenty of seating inside and on the outside patio! As far as the drinks and food, I feel it's pretty consistent with other Starbucks locations. I haven't had any issues before!
Not sure why this Starbucks has such bad reviews. I came here today because I had some time to kill between a doctor appointment and an event. So I originally ordered a peach tranquility tea but iced. This was my first time ordering it iced, and it turns out it's more of a hot tea. Darlene, however, not only asked me if I wanted a different drink, but she also suggested an iced peach citrus infusion tea. I can't really do caffeine so I asked her how much caffeine was in it, and she pulled up the Starbucks app for me and had an answer. She also apologized that I had to wait a few minutes to order and she checked on me later to see if I was enjoying the drink. Very impressed by the customer service at the Starbucks, which is interesting because the other two reviews on here were complaining about it. The only reason this location gets four stars from me and not five is because when I initially used the restroom, it was a bit messy and running out of toilet paper.
